FROM START TO FINISH
MCC’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped to manufacture medium-to-large composite parts and structures, using many of the following processes: cutting, plying, kitting, layup, composite cures (autoclave and oven), bond-surface preparation, pre and post-cure machining.
WE’VE GOT THE TOOLS.
MCC uses new, cutting-edge equipment including: large autoclaves for pressure curing, a large versatile oven for high-temperature processing, fully automated conveyor grit-blaster with 9-gun rotary head for precision bond surface preparation, and 5-axis CNC gantry mills with full volumetric compensation that is capable of precisely machining large structures to the tightest industry tolerances.
